Koh Mak island
The island lies between Koh Chang and Ko Kut and is 40 km from the shore. The island has mere 16 km2 and only 27 km of the coastline. The surface is mostly flat and there can be found many coconut and rubber plantations.
The main attraction of Ko Mak island are long beaches and crystal clear sea. Several hundreds of people live on the island, they are mostly fisherman or workers employed at the above mentioned coconut or rubber plantations.
